    thats what plyo is.. you would obviously only do these exercises with well conditioned athletes, not grandma with the bad knee.

    Yes, this is great conditioning. The best exercise tool you have is your own body. You can create a cardiovascular environment with resistance and plyometrics. The only thing I would suggest is that your clients step off of the plyo-blocks (after jumping on obviously) as opposed to jumping off…there’s less impact on the joints.
