    cratine is not banned in Michigan!!!! I know this for a fact as I work at a school in Michigan.. If you go to a school they may have specific rules and may have there own policies against it but creatine is all natraul supp…. Your body makes it, and it is also found in red meat……

    If you are experienced and knowledgeable help answer my question please– If you follow a set routine of this chest exercises and perform chest training which is 10 hours every two weeks, when will you see a significant build up of muscle in your chest? Thanks

    I can manage 60 pounds each hand while lying down but darn putting em down is hard!!!

    (no I dont mean to brag or w/e If you can do more good 4 u)

    is the creatine banned in highschool? a ton of my teameates use it and when they dont they really lose some bulk…

    listen I am going to end this whole creatine thing. The only way that you can hurt your kidneys with taking creatine is not increasing your liquid intake. A lot of people take creatine not knowing that you have to double your intake of water. Creatine is not bad to take if you do it correctly. If you are thinking about taking Creatine do research or message me. There is a lot that people dont know. For me I use Hydroxi cut Hardcore and Whey Protein.

    creatine is gd and legal EAS is what i use it dont make u violent jus gives u a boost when ur at gym try it

    well.. actually when you are deadlifting you are also working your chest. You may not really overload it, but still.

    the most ive done on flat bench dumbell press is 90 pounds each hand….is it better to jus do regular bench excercise with the bar? instead of dumbells? i jus want to stick wit one because arent they the same?….or should i be doin both workouts? cuz it seems like dumbells only go to 100 pounds…. do dumbells even go to like 110 and over? i have lots of questions haha

    You say it’s rare to get kidney damage from creatine but I got kidney stones from creatine.

    same here when i first started weight lifting, my right arm was stronger than my left arm (im right handed) but now my left arm is stronger than my right arm….which makes me think of what im doing wrong to my right arm haha

    about the protein deals, i went to walmart (because im a little cheap….) and found Body Fortress whey protein (2.5 lb jug is like 15 dollars and 5lb jug is about 30-35 dollars) just FYI

    That would be if you do dumbbell press, although if u do it with a bar, it must touch your chest and if you aren’t, it means you’re cheating and you’re not capable of lifting the weight so reduce the pound.
