any exercise is good exercise. i believe w/ aqua aerobics you’re working our every muscle in your body since most of your body will be under pressure of the water so you will get a more toned and leaner body

yes,the water resistance is better for all your muscles to move in the water
It’s very good. It’s harder to move in water, rather than on land.
