What Type Of Trainers Do You Recommend For Aerobics Or Jogging?

I have been experiencing pain in my feet and knees when I jog and I am wondering if it may be because I am wearing the wrong trainers.
I have been told to buy Nike Shocks. Are they any good?
Thank you

i wouldn buy the Nike shox simple because i think they are the ugliest shoes on earth(my opinion). u need shoes that are cushioned on the inside with sole that are definitely not as hard as the Nike shox. i think asics make the best running shoes. most of them have this gel cushion thing that makes u feel like u r running on air ( OK maybe not quite but they are really comfortable to run in).alternatively, try something by Adidas. Adidas make really nice training shoes but the only problem i find with them is that they make their laces quite thin so they tend to come loose alot. u would have to pay extra attention to knotting them or u would end up stopping unnecessarily to do up ur shoes

It could be because of the trainers, I used to run a lot and I always went to the store and asked the salesman to help me choose my shoes, most of the time they know what they are talking about ….. your knees are suffering a lot when you run and because of that the right shoes are very important!!!
