Is it legal to drive a golf cart on a private course while intoxicated?
I am often at a private golf course near my house. They serve alcohol in the course (a snack cart goes in) and I sometimes people bring their own bottles of alcohol to the course. I often see people who drunk drive the golf carts. Is it legal, because it is on private property or you could for a DUI? I live in Colorado.
I know a guy who lost his drivers license for 10 years for a third DUI. He was on a bicycle.
